1. Can I Purchase As A Gift?
If your order is a gift then the recipient is one lucky individual! Please notify us if this is the case so we can remove the billing information from the invoice.
2. Can you Gift Wrap My Bottle?
No, unfortunately not.
3. When will I receive my bottle?
Delivery times vary depending on which country you are in. If you are in the UK then delivery should be next day or a 2 day service. Please refer to our delivery page for more information on the delivery times depending on where you require the delivery to.
4. Can I track my delivery online?
Yes, we use DHL Express for all of our deliveries. Follow the link on your tracking email or text message. DHL Express will collect the shipment from us here in Glasgow and DHL will deliver to you wherever you are in the world. We do not use courier companies who pass on the shipment to third parties when the shipment leaves the UK. All the tracking history is available online. You can also contact DHL Express on 0844 248 0844, please have your tracking number available.
5. Are there places that you do not deliver to?
We cannot deliver to Military bases, PO Boxes, Universities or Schools. Due to strict import regulations we cannot ship to the following U.S. states Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Dakota or Utah. – Sorry!
6. How Can I Pay For My Order?
We accept Bank Transfer, PayPal, Credit and Debit Card. Our system will automatically convert your order into your local currency.
7. Where Do You Source Your Bottles?
The majority of our bottles are sourced from private collectors and distilleries. From time to time we may buy a bottle from an auction house if it’s just too good to miss out on!
